The "USB-010B" is a USB 3.0 adapter for cases that converts a USB 3.0 cable for motherboards to connect to USB 2.0 header pins. It allows the use of USB 3.0 devices on motherboards that do not have a USB 3.0 header. The operation will be at USB 2.0 speeds. One adapter provides two ports. This is a model number change from "USB-010A." There are no differences.
